About this Recipe

Looking for a delicious way to impress your guests? Try our fudge, made with fresh artisan chèvre!

Our Maple Cream Chèvre has a subtle sweetness that adds an intricate, complex flavour to a traditional fudge recipe.

This recipe uses goat based dairy products, which means it is a perfect dessert for those who can’t consume cow based dairy!

  • 1/4 cup Cross Wind Farm Maple Cream Chèvre

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp goat butter

Step 1

Combine sugar, goat milk, Cross Wind Farm Maple Cream Chèvre, and salt in a large saucepan with buttered sides

Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and comes to a boil.

Step 3

Step 4

Add butter and cool mixture until 110°F, without stirring.

Step 5

Add vanilla. Beat until fudge becomes very thick and loses its shine.
