Cross Wind Farm's milk is full fat, pasteurized and NOT HOMOGENIZED. And what that means for you is that you get the natural cream separating to the top where you get the best of both worlds. We recommend capturing the cream and enjoying that on your favourite latté or bowl of warm cereal. Nothing added, and nothing taken away.
