Tzatziki Dip

About this Recipe

This recipe is for all the dip lovers out there!


  • 2 cups of Crosswind plain yogurt

  • 2 whole english cucumbers, peeled and small diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

  • 1 tsp dried mint or 1 tablespoon fresh mint

  • 1 tsp dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill

  • 1 tablespoon high quality olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, optional

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sumac, optional


  1. Mix yogurt with cucumber, garlic, salt, mint and dill. (Lemon juice optional). Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavours to blend.

  2. If you'd like a thinner, soup-like dip add water until you reach desired consistency.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sumac (optional) to serve.
