Craving a creamy yet light salad dressing, but don’t have a stomach that sits well with traditional cow dairy? Try out one of our Cross Wind Farm Goat Yogurt salad dressings! They are guaranteed to add a refreshing kick to your summer salads.
- 1 cup Cross Wind Farm Goat Yogurt
- 3 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill covered in fridge for at least one hour, and up to three days.
Serve dressing on top of your favourite green or fruit salad, or use as a marinade for barbecued chicken or vegetables.
